Scrabble To Cleveland

Given their workload last night, the Cards have sent out Marc Rzepczynski and Fernando Salas and called up Kevin Butler and Michael Blazek for today’s games, per Jenifer Langosch.  Tyler Lyons has also been officially promoted as the 26th man allowed for the rare two-games-in-one-day phenomenon.
