ST. LOUIS, Mo., September 29, 2022– The Cardinals return to Busch Stadium as NL Central Division Champions for the first time since 2019.  The final regular season homestand includes three games versus the Pittsburgh Pirates(Sept. 30-Oct. 2), with postseason play to follow at Busch Stadium for the National League Wild Card Series from October 7-9.  Homestand highlights can be found at cardinals.com/homestand.

  • Adam Wainwright Bobblehead Giveaway: 25,000 fans, ages 16 and older, presented by Coca-Cola and Dierbergs.
  • Roberto Clemente Ceremony:  Prior to the start of tonight’s game, the Cardinals, along with the Clemente family and former Cardinals Roberto Clemente Award recipients, will hold a pregame ceremony commemorating Roberto Clemente’s 3000th hit, which occurred 50 years ago on this date.
  • Albert Pujols Pregame Ceremony:  Prior to the start of tonight’s game, the Cardinals will hold a pregame ceremony recognizing Albert Pujols’ 700 career home runs.
  • Pujols & Molina Thank You Cards:  Fans can thank Albert and Yadi for their contributions to St. Louis on and off the field by signing seven-foot-tall cards for the players.  The giant cards will be in the Together Credit Union Plaza at Ballpark Village from 3-7 PM.
  • 700 HR Fan Photo Opp:  In honor of Albert’s milestone homerun, the Cardinals will have a four-foot, light up “700” and balloon installation on the main stage in Budweiser Terrace for fans to take photos.
  • Flashback Friday & Artifact SpotlightBefore every Friday home game, the Cardinals Museum hosts two presentations in the Sportsman’s Park Theater, one highlighting artifacts in the museum’s collection not currently on display at 4:00 PM and another featuring intimate and candid interviews with former Cardinals alumni and personnel at 4:30 PM.  Today’s interview will be with 2011 World Champion closer Ryan Franklin.  To purchase museum tickets, visit cardinals.com/museum.
  • Weekend-Long 50/50 Raffle: Fans will have the chance to win big with a weekend-long rollover 50/50 raffle.  Tickets will be available to purchase both online and at Busch Stadium. Ticket sales for the raffle will open at 9 AM CT with the drawing taking place at the end of the 7th inning on Sunday, Oct. 2.  Fans must be 18 or older and be located in the state of Missouri at the time of purchase.  To purchase tickets, visit cardinals.com/5050.
  • Weekend-Long Cardinals Care Auctions: The weekend’s auction will feature the original Molina and Wainwright painted canvas commissioned exclusively for Sunday’s promotional item in partnership with local artist Cole Mayer.  The canvas is autographed by both players.  Proceeds from the auction of the canvas will be split between Adam Wainwright’s Big League Impact and Yadier Molina’s Fundación 4.  The auction will run from 9 AM CT on September 30 until 9 PM CT on October 2.  The items will be on display inside the Cardinals Club, UMB Champions Club and Redbird Club. Fans can also bid online at cardinals.com/ccauctions.
  • MLBPAA Auctions: The MLBPAA will conduct a silent auction by Gate 1 and Gate 3 through the fifth inning.  Proceeds will benefit Cardinals Care and MLBPAA.

BUSCH STADIUM PARKING

Fans can now purchase individual game day parking directly from the Cardinals in the Starr Lot located directly across the street from Gate 2, on the southwest side of Busch Stadium.  Starr Lot parking can be purchased as part of your overall ticket purchase, or separately at cardinals.com/parking.

BUSCH STADIUM BOX OFFICE

The Box Office is open on game days from 10AM until 90 minutes after the scheduled game time.  On non-game days, the Box Office is open Monday–Friday from 10AM–5PM.  Fans can inquire about tickets by calling 314-345-9000.

RE-ENTRY & SMOKING GATE

Once guests have entered Busch Stadium, they must proceed to either Gate 1 or Gate 4 to receive a hand stamp if they want to exit and re-enter the stadium.  Guests with a hand stamp and valid event ticket can re-enter the stadium at any gate until 90 minutes after scheduled first pitch.  All guests will have bags inspected and be screened via walk through metal detector upon re-entry.  A designated smoking area is set up at Gate 1 to allow guests access in and out of the stadium if they wish to smoke. The designated smoking area is open from gate opening until the end of the 7th inning.

OFFICIAL TEAM STORE AT BUSCH STADIUM

The Official Cardinals Team Store at Busch Stadium features the area’s best selection of premium Cardinals merchandise and is open daily from 10 AM–6 PM.  The Team Store closes to the public during home games, 15 minutes prior to gates opening.  The Team Store will close approximately one hour after home games.
