Cardinals Yearbook Celebrates History of Uniform Numbers

Annual keepsake on sale now for $15 online, at Busch Stadium, and at area retailers

ST. LOUIS, September 15, 2015 – For the first time ever, fans can acquire an all-inclusive celebration of Cardinals uniform numbers, honoring every Cardinal who ever wore a uniform number, from 0 to 99, with the release of the 2015 Cardinals Yearbook.

“This is a must-have for the collection of every Cardinals fan, the first of its kind to explore the history of the team through the men who donned a uniform number, from the legends to the long-forgotten,” said Steve Zesch, director of Cardinals publications. “The scope of this book is staggering, saluting the more than 1,300 players who have taken a number since the team adopted them in 1932.”

The 224-page yearbook not only honors the Cardinal who most distinguished each number, but it also profiles additional standouts and includes an all-time roster of every Cardinal who put on the number.

The annual keepsake also includes action photos and studio portraits of all members of the 2015 roster, making it the perfect souvenir for any Cardinals fan.

Yearbooks are on sale now for $15 at Busch Stadium gates, the official stadium Team Store, at the Cardinals Authentics shops inside the stadium and Ballpark Village, and at many St. Louis metro area retailers including Schnucks, Dierbergs, Shop ‘n Save, Walmart, World News, QuikTrip, Walgreens, V-Stock, and Cardinals Clubhouse stores inside eight area malls. Fans can also call 314.345.9000 or go online to cardinals.com/yearbook. A digital edition of the 2015 Yearbook will soon be available to download for $10 online.
