Cardinals Announce New ‘Fans At Bat’ Batting Practice Experience at Busch

Packages for up to 10 Guests Featuring Instruction from Cardinals Alumni On Sale Now

ST. LOUIS, Mo., January 19, 2021– The St. Louis Cardinals have announced the new “Fans at Bat” batting practice experience at Busch Stadium.  This is the first time small groups of up to 10 people can step into the batter’s box and take BP on the same infield as their favorite Cardinals players.

Each package includes a 45-minute batting practice session and instruction with two Cardinals Alumni players, including 1987 National League champion Scott Terry, 1985 & 1987 World Series starter Danny Cox, 2011 World Series champion Kyle McClellan, and two-time All-Star third baseman Scott Cooper.  Guests will also receive keepsake autographs from their Cardinals Alumni instructors and have exclusive access to the Cardinals Hall of Fame & Museum.

A number of safety precautions will be in place for guests to maintain social distancing and avoid physical contact with Cardinals staff and alumni.  Participants will be required to wear masks at all times except while batting.

Guests can sign up for the Fans at Bat experience at Busch Stadium on one of three dates: Sunday, March 21; Friday, March 26; or Saturday, March 27.  The cost of each package is $1,250.

Groups can register for the Fans at Bat experience now or learn more about the event, including a full list of health and safety precautions to be taken, at cardinals.com/fansatbat.
