MAJOR LEAGUE CAMP ROSTER NOW STANDS AT 40
JUPITER, Fla., March 20, 2019 – The St. Louis Cardinals announced this afternoon that they have optioned left handed pitcher Austin Gomber and right-handed pitcher Daniel Ponce de Leon to the Memphis (AAA) roster, reducing the number of players in Major League Spring Training camp to 40, including 31 roster players.
