ST. LOUIS, MO (April 14, 2014) – Today the St. Louis Cardinals announced the addition of Grant’s Farm Night and Komen Night to the robust 2014 Theme Ticket schedule.
On Wednesday, May 14th, the Cardinals will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Grant’s Farm – Anheuser Busch’s nationally recognized family attraction and St. Louis tradition – when the Cards take on the division rival Cubs. Each special Grant’s Farm Night ticket comes with a limited-edition Cardinals camel t-shirt for the event’s “Hump Day” festivities. Fans will even have the opportunity to see a variety of small animals and have their picture taken with a real camel or a Budweiser Clydesdale in Ford Plaza before the game. Former Cardinal Wally Moon will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Moon was named the National League Rookie of the Year in 1954, the same year Grant’s Farm opened.
After the Cardinals run the 2014 Susan G. Komen St. Louis Race for the Cure® in June, they’re hosting a Komen Night at the Ballpark on Monday, July 7th. All fans who purchase the special Komen Night themed ticket will receive a limited edition St. Louis Cardinals Komen baseball cap. Plus, $5 of each ticket purchased will benefit Komen St. Louis to support the fight against breast cancer.
